Qualifications
- CASAC, CASAC-G, CASAC-T, or QHP status (Limited Permits accepted)
- Experience with Problem Gambling treatment
- Two years of work experience in substance abuse and mental health field
- Familiar with 12-Step programs
- Develop and implement innovative group activities and strategies to promote client growth and well-being
- Bring a fresh, enthusiastic perspective to traditional clinical approaches, while remaining well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Foster a warm, empathetic, and sophisticated group environment that encourages open communication and connection
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and programming
Skills
- Knowledge of company’s policy and procedures and Joint Commission standards and regulations
- Adhere to all regulations and documentation requirements in regards to client care and compliance of all client care
- Participates in staff meetings, providing training with regard to therapeutic services and mental health topics
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Clinical Director and Treatment Team to help develop comprehensive and therapeutic group treatment
- Complete all group notes in a timely manner
- Document all services provided in EMR
- Participates in Supervision as needed
