Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group therapy sessions based on client needs and program goals.
- Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in group therapy or related field.
- Licensed Social Worker or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Therapeutic communication skills.
- Knowledge of group therapy techniques and principles.
- Basic understanding of mental health disorders.
