About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs and classes as outlined in the Program Guide.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all YMCA policies and regulations.
- Engage with members and families to provide personalized support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance overall program offerings.
- Adapt to changes in schedules and requirements as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and/or adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer literacy.
