The Group Exercise Area Director oversees the operation and promotion of group exercise programs at our fitness facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of group exercise programming including scheduling, marketing, and participant engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase participation in group exercise classes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
