Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business
- Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting
- Personally engage in strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates
- Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices that enable scalable growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or related B2B technology sectors
- Proven success leading enterprise Account Executives selling into Fortune 1000 and complex enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding regional revenue targets in a quota-carrying leadership role
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent the company to C-level audiences and partners
