Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business
  • Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting
  • Personally engage in strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices that enable scalable growth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or related B2B technology sectors
  • Proven success leading enterprise Account Executives selling into Fortune 1000 and complex enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding regional revenue targets in a quota-carrying leadership role
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent the company to C-level audiences and partners
