About the role

Skyland Trail is a nonprofit mental health residential treatment program for adults and adolescents in Atlanta, with five campuses and about 250+ employees. Employees work collaboratively in small teams, value diversity, inclusion, and cultural equity, and are committed to community health, including a 100% nicotine‑free campus and recommendations for COVID‑19 and influenza vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates assigned groups throughout the treatment day and documents in electronic medical record.
• Utilizes curriculum to plan and facilitate (or co‑facilitate) assigned day treatment groups.
• Provides planned and emergency coverage for groups.
• Facilitates groups according to group rules and confidentiality guidelines and
