About the role

We're looking for a Group Contracts Manager to lead our Enterprise Contracts team. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, overseeing contract production and administration, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and representing Enterprise Contracts on departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Contracts team through performance management, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Oversee the production and administration of client contract documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as a technical and strategic resource for the Contracts team and business partners, providing guidance on contractual language, regulatory requirements, and contract administration.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement system enhancements and process improvements that support tactical and strategic business goals.
  • Represent Enterprise Contracts on departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives, contributing to the development and successful execution of key projects.
  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate operational goals, productivity measures, and service standards, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards that support contractual compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage departmental operating plans and budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Support contractual audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Review complex, high-profile contractual requests and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year of leadership or people management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading teams while driving continuous process improvement and managing projects.

Pay

Base Pay Information: The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Pay Grade 22. $93,500 - $202,500.
