The Group Account Supervisor - Healthcare Advertising role is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic client partnerships and drive impactful healthcare advertising initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare advertising accounts
  2. Lead account teams and ensure high-quality strategic and operational execution
  3. Provide strategic consultation and contribute meaningful insights to support client strategies and business objectives
  4. Develop deep knowledge of client markets and build strong senior-level relationships with clients and agency partners
  5. Oversee financial management activities, identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth, and support profitability and operational excellence
  6. Partner with project teams to review deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution of client initiatives
  7. Lead, mentor, and support account team members by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and encouraging professional development
  8. Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and balance workloads to support productivity and collaboration

Requirements

  • Experienced healthcare advertising professional with strong account leadership capabilities, strategic thinking skills, and a proven ability to manage complex client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with minimum of 7 years of agency experience
  • Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing account teams
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays, as needed
