GROUNDWORK / GRAVEL PAD INSTALLER

About the role

Shenandoah Sheds is seeking an experienced Groundwork & Gravel Pad Installer to prepare shed sites throughout the Shenandoah Valley. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and understands the importance of proper site preparation and drainage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gravel foundations for storage sheds and portable buildings
• Grade and level sites for proper installation
• Ensure proper drainage and water management
• Operate equipment and complete projects safely and efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship on every job

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in groundwork, grading, excavation, or similar site preparation work
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and directing water away from structures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Pay

Guaranteed salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience, skill, and ability

Full-time, Monday through Friday
