Groundskeeper - The Tailor Luxury Apartments

About the role

This position is full-time at 30 hours per week with a competitive wage paid weekly. Additional benefits include free safety/work boots through our Maintenance Boots Program.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the grounds are free of trash.
• Pick up trash on grounds.
• Clean out hallways.
• Snow Removal.
• Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence, and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s.
• Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding.
• Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations.
• Begginer computer skills.
