Groundskeeper (Residences at City Way)

About the role

The Groundskeeper at Buckingham is responsible for maintaining an aesthetically-pleasing and functional outdoor space of the property. This position requires a high degree of accountability, ownership, and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds in accordance with company standards
• Ensure property presentation is optimal and pristine
• Identify and address maintenance issues promptly
• Participate in regular property inspections
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
• Experience with lawn care equipment and tools
• Knowledge of plant identification and care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Passion for customer service and maintaining a positive image
