About the role

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the grounds and facilities at Preston Pointe. Duties include landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and gardens
• Care for lawns and shrubs
• Handle snow removal and ice management
• Perform routine facility maintenance tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness and stamina
• Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in using landscaping equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols
