Maintain all outdoor hotel property

• Maintain sidewalks
• Tidy up trash and leaves
• Tend to trees and flowers

Operate pool and spas

• Operate power washer
• Operate leaf blower
• Know pool chemistry
• Manage chemical stock
• Maintain hotel pool
• Maintain hotel spa
• Maintain pool and spa deck

Setup furniture daily

• Set up furniture throughout the property

Comply with fire and emergency procedures

• Understand Omni fire alarm procedures
• Understand Omni Hotel rules and regulations

Tools and Equipment

• Telephone
• Pen/pencil
• Brooms
• Mops
• Shovels
• Power washers
• Leaf blowers
• Rakes
• Cleaning equipment
• Trash compactor

Working Environment

• Interior of hotel
• All areas of the hotel
• Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Exposure to weather conditions
• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods
