Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to grounds maintenance such as pruning, weeding, planting, chemical applications, mowing and watering.
- Provide snow removal services.
- Assist in setup and take down of special events.
- Operate University equipment and vehicles in a safe manner during the performance of duties.
- Lead assigned student crews.
- Perform any and all related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience or at least 4 years of groundskeeping experience.
- A valid driver's license with favorable record.
- Service-oriented with the ability to demonstrate reading and writing comprehension and competency skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Snow plowing experience.
- More than one year of groundskeeping experience.
