What You’ll Do
- Maintain the grounds across the campus
- Remove weeds and care for landscaping, mulch, and flower beds
- Complete work orders assigned by the Director of Maintenance
- Operate general groundskeeping equipment safely
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards you spot
What You Need
- No education or certification required
- Two years of groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable operating general groundskeeping equipment
- A dependable, friendly approach around residents, families, and visitors
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and squatting
- Sometimes twist, bend, and grip
- Outdoor work in extreme heat and in dusty areas, with possible exposure to chemical or respiratory hazards
