Groundskeeper Lofts at Lakeview

Full-time position with steady hours and benefits in a growing company that owns and operates luxury apartment communities.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Trash pick-up
• Landscaping clean-up
• Valet trash pick-up
• Carpet cleaning
• Power washing
• Unit cleaning
• Common area cleaning

Requirements

• Must be responsible and committed
• Able to drive a golf cart
• Must be able to work independently
