Maintaining Accurate Records
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment usage, and supply inventories.
Grounds Maintenance Tasks
- Plants, mows, edges, mulches, trims, prunes, blows, waters, and sprays according to campus schedules and department standards.
- Cleans up daily trash and debris to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Treats nuisance weeds and undesirable vegetation in landscape bedding using chemical or physical methods per department guidelines.
Work Experience
2+ years of groundskeeper maintenance experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications
Driver's License (DL) [Required]
