About the role

This position involves maintaining the grounds and landscaping of a beautiful property.

Responsibilities

• Pruning, weeding, barking, edging, mowing, fertilization, irrigation, and pesticide control.
• Cleaning/picking up litter and other debris in flower beds, parking lot islands, driveways, etc.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Herbicide certification is desirable.
• Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
