Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering
- Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds and walkways
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, mulching, and basic snow/ice removal (if applicable)
- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules
- Auxiliary in minor repairs to fences, walkways, and outdoor structures
- Ensure grounds are safe and free of hazards for guests, staff, and visitors
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and irrigation systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor
