Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and achieve excellent resident satisfaction.
- Work in designated office hours to ensure community operations are functioning effectively.
- Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition through daily exterior inspections and cross-utilization with maintenance duties.
- Complete daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning for pools to meet city codes and company standards.
- Assist in maintaining resident satisfaction by being available for on-call emergencies such as snow removal, as requested by the Community Manager.
- Assist maintenance personnel in performing light maintenance tasks as requested by the Community Manager.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience/Ability: Ability to follow direction, flexibility with work assignments, customer service experience, and pool certification (if appropriate).
- Physical & Cognitive: Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting; ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds; occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
Driving Requirements
- If the position involves or may include driving for company business:
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation.
- Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
