Responsibilities

• Develop and implement property management strategies
• Oversee daily operations including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting
• Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for assigned properties
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with external partners such as contractors and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to maintain property standards
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new tenants
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful leasing outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Proven track record of successful property management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and forecast financials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws
• Experience with property management software
• Understanding of financial statements and budgeting principles
• Leadership and decision-making skills
