Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management or similar field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to property management
• Experience with property management software
• Understanding of financial statements and budgeting
