About The Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized plant environment to support daily operations. This role performs routine cleaning tasks while helping ensure work areas remain free of hazards and clutter. Success requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all plant areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and common areas.
- Empty waste and recycling containers regularly.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.
- Organize storage areas, tools, and materials to maintain order.
- Remove debris from outdoor areas to keep grounds safe and presentable.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to supervision.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working safely with cleaning products and equipment.
- Able to follow schedules, directions, and established procedures.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use.
- Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequently.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (depending on location).
- Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.
