Groundskeeper

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds of a residential community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas in accordance with established standards.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering.
• Ensure all landscaping equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Respond to emergency situations involving damage to property or injury.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in groundskeeping or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lawn care and garden maintenance techniques.
• Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
