Groundskeeper

Key Role Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standards.
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services, such as snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance, and pool operations.
• Afford assistance with cleaning of vacant units prior to move-ins.
• Adhere to the company's safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environments.
• Occasional ability to operate mechanical equipment.
• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisors.
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $17-$17.50 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)
