Bear's Den Golf Course is a picturesque 9-hole golf course in Park Rapids, MN. Known for its stunning views and challenging layout, Bear's Den offers an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. We are committed to maintaining the beauty and quality of our course.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to upkeep the appearance of greens, fairways, and rough areas.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the course.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Perform landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the course.
• Auxiliary in the implementation of pest control measures to protect the course from damage.
• Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance course conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Communicate effectively with management and other staff members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operation of the groundskeeping department.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping and groundskeeping techniques.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
