Groundskeeper

About the role

The Groundskeeper supports the maintenance, care, and appearance of Milton Academy's campus, including lawns, athletic fields, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of semi-skilled landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for campus events

Requirements

• Collaborative, dependable, and customer service oriented
• Strong commitment to working effectively with the Facilities Services team
• Create a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation
