Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
• Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and community partners to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Provide professional development opportunities for colleagues and support staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience at the K-12 level.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
