Groundskeeper

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping of the facility, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and landscaping including mowing, trimming, and planting
• Ensure all areas are free from debris and hazards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in groundskeeping or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical fitness
• Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture

Skills

• Proficient in using lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
