Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Take pride in your property, make sure it always looks its best!
• Use leaf blowers to blow away debris out of parking lots, curbs, etc.
• Prune, weed, stick and branch removal
• Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
• Aid with snow removal
• Provide world-class customer service by addressing the concerns and maintenance needs of our customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Be a helper! May be called upon to assist the Maintenance staff on other projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Previous grounds or custodial maintenance experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs
• Physically able to perform duties in all weather conditions
• Ability to understand, follow instructions, think and work with little supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to walk up to 10 miles a day
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and including occasional weekends
