Groundskeeper

Brief Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on maintaining a beautiful and welcoming environment, contributing to the well-being of residents and visitors.

What you will be doing

• Mowing lawns using commercial equipment
• Performing seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, mulching, seeding, and aeration
• Trimming and pruning trees and shrubs
• Maintaining irrigation systems
• Cleaning sidewalks, patios, drains, and gutters
• Collecting and disposing of debris
• Repairing outdoor structures such as benches and sprinklers
• Setting up or removing equipment for events or maintenance activities

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Maintain grounds in an orderly and safe condition
• Support daily operations by staging materials and supplies

About You

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License required
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and snow removal equipment
