Groundskeeper

About the role

Envolve Community Management is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join the team at Forest Glenn Apartment Community in Kansas City, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Reports unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Thorough knowledge of management company policies and property policies.
• Available to work on an on-call basis.
• Assists with make readies.
• Assists with basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Reliable Transportation Required.
• Drug Testing and Criminal Background Required.
