Groundskeeper

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds of a residential property. This includes mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and ensuring the property is clean and attractive.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and trim bushes as needed
• Plant and maintain flower beds
• Ensure property is free of debris and trash
• Perform basic maintenance on outdoor structures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic landscaping tools and equipment
