Groundskeeper

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to make independent decisions, use good judgment and demonstrate integrity
• Proven ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
• Must be able to work overtime upon supervisor's request or workload
• Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license, a clean driving record and transportation
• Maintains an on-call status for emergency problems
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity
• Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
• Must be able to work in lifts and bucket trucks, operate forklifts, tractors, and other equipment as needed
• Work in all weather conditions
• Must clear criminal and drug background checks
