Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of docks, walkways, and marina grounds
• Remove trash and debris from docks, slips, and common areas
• Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litter
• Auxiliary maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure docks and surrounding areas remain safe and orderly
• Support marina staff with general tasks and daily operations
• Follow safety guidelines and marina procedures at all times

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday
• Must be able to swim
