Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Physically walking the community on a frequent basis and removing litter, debris and other items as needed from the grounds.
• Ensuring grass, flowers, and shrubs are maintained with attention to detail, free of litter at all times.
• Cleaning and raking shrub areas.
• Using a blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush.
• Maintaining the landscaping, plantings, and foliage that bring a smile to all.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of groundskeeping experience (preferred).
• A valid Driver’s License.
