As a Ranger (Groundskeeper), you will maintain the exterior physical features of the community, ensuring the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal meet standards. You will also complete minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.

Responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
- Ensure all common areas, office space, and amenities are neat and free of litter inside and outside.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready, transfer trash to dumpster/storage, and maintain these areas.
- Complete assigned service requests and distribute notices/communications to residents.
- Report observed hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
- Demonstrate customer service by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, and addressing complaints sensitively.
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies, including attending safety meetings, completing OSHA training, and reporting incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends when scheduled.
- Ability to perform essential job functions unaccompanied, both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to weather, odors, and landscape hazards.
- Must work in a stressful environment while maintaining professionalism with coworkers and residents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Property management and customer service background preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic ability to access company software and perform repetitive tasks.
- Licenses: Current valid driver’s license.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs independently and 150 lbs with assistance.
- Frequently stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, and squat.
- Travel: Routine local travel for errands, meetings, or training.

Schedule
40 hours per week, often starting up to two hours before the leasing office opens. Typical site hours (may vary):
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
- Sunday: 1 PM – 5 PM
