Full-time Non-exempt Position
Description: Performs all duties and completes necessary actions for the maintenance and upkeep of the campus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure SAFETY FIRST for your area of responsibility
• Perform daily campus -wide cleanup duties in addition to cleaning roads, curbs, parking areas, drainage traps, and side walks
• Grass mowing, edging, trimming, and flower beds maintenance
• Collecting leaves and sticks after weather events
• Maintaining assigned equipment
• Attend and participate in all divisional meetings
• Works with other departments as assigned in a positive and cooperative manner
• Performed other duties requested by the Grounds Supervisor
