Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds and nursery areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing.
- Operate various equipment including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Assist with the care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and other plant life.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in grounds maintenance or a similar field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Experience with grounds maintenance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 annually.
