Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and nursery areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing.
• Operate various equipment including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Assist with the care and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and other plant life.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in grounds maintenance or a similar field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 annually.
