Grounds Maintenance Worker (Facilities)

Join the Facilities Team at Merrimack County! Our Grounds Maintenance Workers perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of County facilities and grounds.

About the role

• Perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of County facilities and grounds.
• Two years verifiable experience as a grounds person or landscaper, or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• NH Driver's license required. Light mechanic and/or small engine experience preferred.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Two years verifiable experience as a grounds person or landscaper, or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• NH Driver's license required.
• Light mechanic and/or small engine experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
