Maintenance and Operations

• Maintain the aesthetic, effectiveness, functionality, and safety of all resort common areas and resources.
• Perform maintenance and or snow removal and ice control on all common area grounds, landscape features and plants, hardscape features, resort signage, walkways, steps, plazas, parking lots and roads.
• Maintain resort common areas, grounds, walkways, steps, plazas, parking areas, and roadways (landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, snow removal, ice control, trash removal).
• Perform daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety of common areas.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and submit work orders for billing and compliance.
• Operate equipment safely, follow all safety procedures, and report hazards.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, inform Manager/Supervisor of needs.
• Attend training and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and staff.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks: mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, and applying chemicals.
• Maintain equipment and assist with construction projects (preparing soil, sodding, seeding).
• Ensure proper signage by painting and setting signs.
• Perform snow removal and ice control using hand tools, snow blowers, and chemicals.

Job Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

• 6-12 months in a related role.

Driving

• Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.
