Grounds Maintenance (STAR, ID)

Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing agency dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. Our client located in Star, ID is seeking seasonal grounds maintenance crew members to join their team.

About the role

Season to run from May through the end of October.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds
• Removing damaged or dead trees
• Trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Planting flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Watering lawns and landscaped areas
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic landscaping and ground maintenance equipment experience
• Knowledge of construction and repair methods
• Understanding of safe work practices
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass pre-employment background check including criminal history check and drug screening

Some landscape experience and a valid driver’s license is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday (flexibility to adjust work days)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay

$18.00/hour
