Responsibilities
- Keep grounds properly maintained by planting and maintaining grass, trees, flowers, shrubs, etc.
- Responsible for snow removal.
- Assists with barn and dorm maintenance and repairs.
- Keeps all equipment well maintained.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
- A valid Class B driver’s license (CDL with Air Brakes) is required, along with a safe driving record and meeting company insurance requirements.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Safely operates various kinds of equipment.
- Communicates and interacts verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Works indoors and outdoors.
- May be exposed to chemicals.
- On 24-hour call for snow removal during winter months.
