Job Responsibilities - Grounds Maintenance 2nd Shift

• Aid in maintaining the cleanliness of the property including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.
• Participate in the set-up and execution of special events.
• Maintain work areas and equipment.
• Be watchful for security-related issues and conduct detrimental to the success of the property.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with work schedule including working 2nd shift, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., weekends, holidays, and events when necessary.
• Must be a self-starter with a team-oriented personality.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to get dirty and work in all types of weather.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
