About the role

A successful landscaper at Kenrick will provide excellent service while always keeping quality in mind. The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment will be necessary to perform this job well. We are looking for a motivated individual that enjoys the fast-paced and demanding environment of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings
• String trimming
• Shrub and tree trimming
• Raking and disposal of leaves
• Weeding
• Planting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Grounds pick-ups
• Removal of dead shrubs and trees
• Snow and ice removal, snow blowing and shoveling, salt and ice chopping
• Service of equipment, including oil changes, blade sharpening, and routine maintenance
• Periodic maintenance calls when needed

Skills

• Basic electrical & plumbing knowledge (a plus)
