Grounds Keeper/Porter

About the role

The Groundskeeper at ZRS is responsible for maintaining the property, including buildings, breezeways, common areas, and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweep and/or blow debris from common areas and buildings
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walk the property monthly
• Pressure wash buildings
• Prepare market-ready units
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintain compactor area to be free from debris
