About the role
Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Meridian's exclusive resort-style retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Grounds Keeper.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the grounds and common areas are attractive, clean, and well-maintained;
- Maintain sprinkler systems;
- Reseed/reseed lawn where needed;
- Prune trees and other foliage;
- Plant trees, flowers, and other plants;
- Assist with cleaning windows and buildings.
Requirements
- $18.00 per hour starting wage;
- Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm;

Qualifications
- Commitment to and passion for 100% customer satisfaction;
- Experience and knowledge of grounds maintenance, including weed pulling and spraying; pruning trees and other foliage; assisting with planting of trees, flowers, and other plants; maintaining sprinkler systems; and reseeding/repairing lawn where needed;
- Ability to read, write, and speak English;
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors;
- Ability to pass a drug test.

Pay
$18.00 per hour starting wage
Schedule
Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm
