About the role
The Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping at the facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, and other landscaping areas
- Perform regular maintenance on irrigation systems
- Ensure all grounds are safe and accessible to visitors
- Assist with special events and projects as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as mowing, weeding, and lifting heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic horticulture practices
- Good communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer skills (e.g., using software for scheduling and record-keeping)
