Grounds Keeper

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces while contributing to a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. What You’ll Be Doing Perform grounds maintenance duties including landscaping, watering, debris removal, and general campus upkeep. Operate landscaping and light motorized equipment safely to complete assigned projects and maintenance tasks. Assist with trash, recycling, and compost removal throughout the community. Perform cleaning projects including pressure washing, leaf and debris removal, fountain cleaning, and common area maintenance. Support event setup and takedown activities while maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. Pay: $18.00 to $23.72 / hr DOE About You Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field. Knowledge of landscape equipment, chemicals, and safe operating procedures. State Chemical Applicator License or willingness to pursue the license after hire. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality service for residents and guests.
