Grounds Keeper

About the role

We are looking for a Full-Time Property Grounds Keeper to join our team in Asheboro, NC. This is an opportunity to learn and grow with our company while helping us maintain and enhance our communities.

Responsibilities

• Trash pick-up in common areas and roadways
• Sweeping curb areas
• Ensuring cleanliness of dumpster areas
• Planting seasonal flowers and mulch
• Maintaining other property features
• Mowing and weed whipping
• Performing light maintenance
• Completing work orders assigned by the Property Manager
• Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees
• Adhering to safety standards that comply with company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Positive teamwork attitude
• Willing and eager to learn

Pay

$19 per hour
